About us

Engineers in Silesia, working worldwide.

IT West Poland began in Kędzierzyn-Koźle in 2008. We remain intentionally focused: a senior team that takes responsibility for complete working solutions.

The short version

A practical engineering company.

We started with custom web and desktop development. Data projects led naturally into machine learning: translation, speech and computer vision.

When recurring meeting and vehicle-assessment problems called for focused tools, we built ClearMeeting and TotaledOrNot?. Our latest chapter adds machining and robotics, connecting digital systems to the physical work around us.

Across every discipline, the approach is the same: understand the constraint, make the risk visible and deliver something that works outside a presentation.

  1. 2008

    Founded in Kędzierzyn-Koźle

Custom web and desktop development for international clients.

  2. 2010s

    Data at scale

Collection and dataset work expanded into machine-learning systems.

  3. Applied AI

    Language, voice and vision

Focused AI workflows and the ClearMeeting and TotaledOrNot? products.

  4. Now

    Code meets steel

CNC machining and robotics join the engineering practice.

How we think

Four things we protect as we grow.

01

Plain answers

Clear tradeoffs, useful estimates and an honest no when an idea needs to change.

02

Senior hands

The people making technical decisions stay close to the work and the client.

03

Dependable systems

Reliability, maintainability and operational fit matter after the demo is over.

04

Long relationships

We build for continuity and support the result as needs and constraints evolve.

Where we are

Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Poland.

An industrial city in Silesia is a natural home for a team that likes both software and machines. We work with clients remotely and welcome project conversations in English or Polish.

Bring us the awkward problem.

Tell us what is difficult, what is fixed and what a useful result would look like.
